- 1 cup teff flour

- 1 cup oat flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 1/2 cup brown rice syrup
- Egg replacer = 1 Tbsp. ground flax mixed with 1/3 cup water and let sit 5 min.
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 3-4 Tbsp. apple butter (this is the only thing I didn’t have, so it was omitted)
Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl, set aside. Combine wet ingredients in a small bowl and mix into the dry ingredient. Pour into 9 inch square pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
